TECH TALKS at Herbert Smith Freehills: The European Law on Artificial Intelligence: impact on companies.

On March 14, 2024 took place the first session of the Tech Talks of Herbert Smith Freehills on "The European Law on Artificial Intelligence: Impact on companies (suppliers and users)". With a novel approach, the obligations that the Artificial Intelligence Law foresees, both with respect to the so-called suppliers (essentially developers and manufacturers) and, on the other hand, with respect to companies that are primarily users of these technologies, were analyzed in depth.  The views of Herbert Smith Freehills experts were shared, both from Spain and other European offices and, especially, in the round table moderated by Pablo García Mexía, the vision of the artificial intelligence law in the industry itself; in the latter case, again, both from the perspective of the development of artificial intelligence, as from its use.
