Pablo García Mexía participates as  speaker at the 4th Advocacy Congress held at the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB) on 11 and 12 July.

During his participation, Pablo García Mexía analyzed some of the rights included in the Barcelona Charter for Rights for Citizenship in the Digital Era.
